This goal is simple and understandable. You start for this purpose in the area of the dock of the submarine / submarine. This area is located in the northern part of the map in the mission 8: ruins and ruins.
Sabotage of the Kraken fuel system
The first part of this task takes place in the center of the docks. Here you will find two submarine boats/submarines, cooked parallel to each other and connected by the central bridge.
Go to the back of each submarine to find their pressure valves. If you come on the western side of the docks, you will find these valves on the left side of the dispatch submarines.
You must interact with these valves, which will lead to the fact that your character will turn them. After you have disconnected both valves of the pressure of the submarines, it's time to go to the next step.
The next step in this task is the disconnection of the main storage of fuel from fuel pipelines. Go to the northwest part of the docks, and you will see the door leading to the dressing room.
In this room you can find two pumps and a lever connected to 3 fuel tanks.
First you need to interact with two pumps. If you are close enough to pumps, the game will give you the opportunity to interact with the pumps and activate them. Interaction will lead to the fact that your character will turn the levers.
After you activated two pumps, the next step will be the interaction with the lever that is immediately behind them. This lever should overload the system and spread submarines into pieces.
Free from the handle of the submarine
If you completed the first two parts, then congratulations, you successfully sabotage the Kraken fuel system, but this is not the end of this task.
Then you need to leave the submarine, as it will soon explode. The way out is far in the northeast of the docks. The game will lead you to the exit with the help of a badge.

You will find from 3 to 4 enemies blocking the way out, and you have no other choice but to destroy them. Immediately after the exit there is a bridge that you need to cross, leading to the building at the end.
Go up to this building using the stairs provided, and wait for the window that will serve as a viewing point.
Look through the window and you will see that the shutters are open in the docks. Enemies would already disconnect the fuel highway, so you have only one option left-to shoot in the fuel system.
When the shutter opens, you will see three fuel tank, pull out a sniper rifle and shoot at the central pump to blow up the docks. The game will show you where to shoot, with the help of a badge, but you can also turn to the image presented below.
